Hi, my name is Sophie Dudek! I'm a Gen Z blogger who provides well researched information on the environment, sustainability, mental health, and social justice. My interest in the environment began when I grew up in an area with abundant wildlife. After reading news about trash harming sea life, I vowed to clean up my local community, reduce my own environmental footprint, and promote creative methods of sustainability. A deep-seated interest in psychology and struggles with my own anxiety have led me to research mental health and promote mental health awareness.
